Frequently Asked Questions
Is this program suitable for beginners?
For those looking to maximize their results with TFE Resilience, we highly recommend completing the TFE Build program first. TFE Build lays the foundational strength and muscle growth necessary to tackle the more advanced and demanding aspects of TFE Resilience. By starting with TFE Build, you'll ensure your body is well-prepared to meet the challenges and fully benefit from the intensified training regimen offered in TFE Resilience. This progressive approach to training allows for a more effective and sustainable enhancement of your physical capabilities. The programs progress in order from TFE20 to Build to Resilience. If you have been out of training for a while or need a basic beginning training program to get back into a routine, I recommend TFE20. If you are ready to go, start with TFE Build.
How long does the program last?
TFE Resilience tells you exactly what to do for the next 42 days / 6 weeks. You’re not finished at day 42. Day 43 is a mental fortitude challenge for you to celebrate, to see what your body is now capable of and to keep going.
What equipment do I need for the workouts?
TFE Resilience is meant to be done in a gym or a fully stocked home gym. If you don’t have either of these, buy a gym membership. I promise, it’ll be worth it.
How much time per day do I need to dedicate to the workouts?
TFE Resilience workouts are about an hour. Just put in the work. Stick to the rest periods.
What if I have a busy schedule and can't commit to a specific time each day?
You can do this at any time of the day whether it’s first thing in the morning or in the evening. The point is to get you moving every single day and to think more about the long term lifestyle you want to create.
