Is this program suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! This program is for anyone but it was specifically designed to pull you out from a rut and get you to move in varying ways so that you form a habit and lifestyle you don’t want to quit on. It works for any level because if a workout wasn’t hard enough, that simply means you didn’t push yourself.
How long does the program last?
TFE Build tells you exactly what to do for the next 42 days / 6 weeks. You’re not finished at day 42. Day 43 is a mental fortitude challenge for you to celebrate, to see what your body is now capable of and to keep going.
What equipment do I need for the workouts?
TFE Build is meant to be done in a gym or a fully stocked home gym. If you don’t have either of these, buy a gym membership. I promise, it’ll be worth it.
How much time per day do I need to dedicate to the workouts?
TFE Build workouts are about an hour. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Just put in the work. Stick to the rest periods.
What if I have a busy schedule and can't commit to a specific time each day?
You can do this at any time of the day whether it’s first thing in the morning or in the evening. The point is to get you moving every single day and to think more about the long term lifestyle you want to create.
