Return & Refund Policy
LiveTFE does not offer returns/refunds on LiveTFE Apparel unless damaged in transit. Return within 7 days of order received for a full refund. Customer is responsible for the price of shipping the item back to LiveTFE. For questions on services, contact mark@livetfe.com.

Delivery Policy
All purchases are shipped typically within 7 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). LiveTFE is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. Please contact your carrier with lost or delayed packages. LiveTFE is not responsible for international shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us at mark@livetfe.com for further help.

Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact mark@livetfe.com if you need assistance with canceling your order. Once the order is being processed for fulfillment, orders may not be canceled.
