This program is for anyone but it was specifically designed to pull you out from a rut and get you to move in varying ways so that you form a habit and lifestyle you don’t want to quit on. How long does the program last?

TFE Build tells you exactly what to do for the next 42 days / 6 weeks. You’re not finished at day 42. Day 43 is a mental fortitude challenge for you to celebrate, to see what your body is now capable of and to keep going.

What equipment do I need for the workouts?

TFE Build is meant to be done in a gym or a fully stocked home gym. If you don’t have either of these, buy a gym membership. I promise, it’ll be worth it.

How much time per day do I need to dedicate to the workouts?

TFE Build workouts are about an hour. Sometimes less, sometimes more. Just put in the work. Stick to the rest periods.

What if I have a busy schedule and can't commit to a specific time each day?
