This is the program that gets you to move. To move in all sorts of ways. To get you to think outside the box of how you move. To allow yourself to choose some other things you have wanted to do or haven’t done before. This program is about exploring and starting a lifestyle that you never want to stop. A program that makes you feel like this is just now part of your every day life.

TFE Build is a transformative six-week training program designed to elevate your fitness journey by fostering lean muscle growth, enhancing overall physical wellness, and cultivating a sustainable lifestyle. Tailored around hypertrophy, this program integrates dynamic warm-up tutorials, guided breathwork session, and supplementary workouts for active recovery and rest days. 1 Day Workshops
Join Mark Roberts + PJ Nestler as they guide you through an XPT workshop designed to push you into bouts of discomfort both mentally and physically, all while providing you with tools to overcome and outperform your self-limiting beliefs.
Without stress, there is no adaptation. We have to apply greater amounts of stress than we currently do. Life is too convenient and comfortable. For us to truly explore what we are made of, we need to get uncomfortable. Our performance should not be limited to how much we bench or how far we run on a treadmill. ‘Training for everything’ is the idea that we need to extend ourselves past a gym-based lifestyle. We use this workshop to test ourselves in stressful environments and then ask ourselves ‘who am I in this moment?’ Am I thinking rationally or emotionally? When we start to have these conversations, then we can start to unlock our true potential.
